Avoid allowing generated text to change specifications, prices, delivery commitments or compliance declarations without a responsible person’s review.
Respect the source of truth
Product data often exists in email, spreadsheets, PDFs and enterprise systems. Before using AI, identify which source is authoritative, how updates are approved and whether old versions remain accessible. An assistant should direct users to source material rather than turn an unverified summary into a new source of truth.
Localize the workflow, not just the keyword
Tamil Nadu’s textile clusters span Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Karur, Erode and other centres, with different specializations and supply-chain relationships. Language needs, buyer formats and operating practices can vary. Test with the actual terminology and documents people use, including the cases where the system should ask a follow-up or stop.

If results are positive, expand gradually by workflow and preserve a clear human approval path for external communication and commercial decisions.
